You create a case with the patient history, lab results, imaging, and current treatment. A board-certified internal-medicine specialist reviews it through the format you choose, and the recommendations stay attached to the medical record for follow-up.

Start with an intake request on the contact page. Once you have an account, you book from the patient record - choosing a consultation type, an expert, and an open slot - and the clinic confirms the appointment. You are notified at each step.

Have the patient history, recent lab work, imaging summaries, current medications, and your specific questions ready. The more context the case carries, the more useful the review.

Cases are reviewed by internal-medicine specialist expertise (European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine - Companion Animals). It is a considered second opinion, not a quick triage.

The clinical record is pseudonymized and handled to EU privacy standards (GDPR-aware). Owner identity is kept separate from the clinical data, and you can request access to or erasure of your personal data.

Recommendations, files, and follow-up notes remain attached to the case timeline, so the clinical context is never lost and follow-up picks up where you left off.
